- How long will it take me to get the product ?
Once you order the product we will delivery the product within 12-24 hours. After you replied to the mail containing the program,your password for the program will also be sent within 6-8 hours.
Due to the different time zones/ country there might be a delay in sending the program (not more than 24 hours). In the weekends you will get a response very quickly.
If you dont get a reply within 24 hrs for the program or the password, there might be chance that my email might be lost or I might have been blocked by your email block setting (some people just add *@groupfetch.com to their unblock list).
In that case, please mail me with an alternate email.
Please note: If I dont get a reply from you for more than 3 days, then I will refund the money to you. Paypal and SWREG has a very strict policy of finishing the transaction within few days, so you will get your money back, if you dont reply within 3-4 days.
- How long is the product supported ?
All products are support until their next major version is released. All the Minor version (1.1, 1.2 for the Major version 1.0) is always free.
